Seeking Property Appraising
I have recently obtained my property appraiser certificate and am looking to start a career in property appraising. I am currently in the finance/accounting field. I am a fast learner and am looking forward to this change in careers.
I have always had a strong passion for real estate. I have over ten years of experience in the real estate market flipping homes. I was always the acting general contractor and even obtained a contractors license. I was in charge of the project from start to finish. I had to have the knowledge of what changes and upgrades to make in order to make a profit and stay within budget. I have dealt with permits, contractors, loan processors and realtors. I believe with my combined experience working in finance and my knowledge of the real estate market I would make a valuable member of a team.  I am ready for this career change and guarantee that my work will exceed your expectations.
You can contact me via email at or
by phone at 541-852-0475.
