As a Commercial Property Evaluation Reviewer in our RETECHS department you will review all types of commercial real estate evaluations completed by independent third party evaluation and appraisal firms. These evaluations are used by bank personnel for collateral value documentation. Your responsibilities also include making recommendations regarding the validity of these reports and ensuring that all the compliance conditions of the evaluations are met.

I have recently obtained my property appraiser certificate and am looking to start a career in property appraising. I am currently in the finance/accounting field. I am a fast learner and am looking forward to this change in careers.

Our family moved to USA from Russia in September, 2013. Knew just a few people here.
In December, 2014 I got licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Oregon; in July 2015 got licensed in Washington too. Had no closed deals in first 11 months, but closed 16 deals in next 12 months and 18 more deals in 2017. A quick-learner.

Trainee seeking apprenticeship starting April 2017

My name is Jeff Lang. Please welcome me to your organization as an
Appraiser Trainee. Once I am trained, I will be honored to be a

I am in the process of completing the required 79 hour appraisal
trainee coursework and will be finished in August, 2017. Upon
completion, I will be approved to work as an apprentice under a
licensed appraiser.

After working in logistics for United States Air Force, I obtained a
Bachelor of Science degree and enjoyed working in healthcare for 25
years. I advanced to become a supervisor and instructor. As a result,

I am a motivated and determined individual in pursuit of my State Certified Residential Appraiser license. I am currently working toward my Assistant Appraiser title and expect to have all coursework completed by April 24, 2017. My bachelor’s degree is a dual focus in Business Supply and Logistics and Business Information Systems Management from Portland State University.  I have professional experience working with Fred Meyer as an Assistant (financial) Planner.
